Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (chopped) – 1 cup
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) – ½ cup
- Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves
- Red chili flakes – ½ tsp
- Red wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – ½ cup
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper (ground) – to taste
Instructions
1. Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, add parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red chili flakes, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Stir everything together until well combined.
2. Season and Chill
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cover the chimichurri and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
